You Need To Understand Design-Based Thinking & Planning.

Design based thinking – Many people may find it strange or NEW but let me tell you it isn’t new it’s the regular thing we all do but as per the Trend it’s just another name of Team Execution.


As a marketer, if you want to sell anything you’ve to create something new keeping user needs in mind. Need to think what users think, need to be there where users would be (like FB, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms) Then there is a possibility that you may sell what you were trying to sell. But let me warn you it’s not a one-man army task if you want to see the results. You’ve to involve people while planning the strategy, must consider their opinions, in short search through all the sides of the square even though you could see only one, there are other sides which could be helpful later.



How to start the Procedure of Design Based Thinking & Planning


  • Framing a couple of questions related to user needs There will be a lot of questions from your end as well as your team’s end. Have Everything.


  • Gather Information/Inspiration – Search for the answers, see what people already have for those questions and what you can create besides those present solutions and how it’d be different from others.


  • Generate Ideas – Now you’ve enough data to start your imagination, have questions along with whole lot of different answers. Now it’s time to create Something New – Different. Gather your team and have a Blast & after lot of hard work and prototypes – There is your Creation (Must be feeling awesome)


  • Learning & Testing – 1st, Besides everything, your creation is fabulous, you’ve made till this point means you’re almost done. Now it’s time to Test the Things. Whatever Campaign, Post, Content, design you’ve worked on, make it Live then give it sometime and see the responses you’re getting, and have some changes as per that and importantly have your team with you throughout the process.


How Design Based Thinking Will Help?


  • Better understanding of the people you’re creating for…

  • For better Risk Management related to new things.

  • For having proper solutions.

  • Learn & update at a faster rate.


And I know there must be other factors too… But whatever I’ve mentioned above are core and kind of basic to start with. And I’m sure if you’ll apply proper design-based thinking with the help of your team the results will be incredible. Just have patience and be ready for proper analysis and quick changes.
